CNC Milling

CNC Unique employs a wide range of milling machines to complete most any CNC Milling project all in house. All of our CNC Milling machines have a 4th axis setup for complex machining and utilizing the most advanced machining techniques to achieve the best results every time. Our milling machines are high end late model Doosan and Pinnacle made VMC’s Vertical Machining Centres, which are the most versatile CNC Machines available on the market today which gives us the flexibility to maintain repeatability while still being able to manufacture parts fast.

We also are experts in building fixtures which hold the parts in place while machining. This is a critical skill needed to be efficient and accurate when producing thousands of parts that need to keep very close tolerances. Fixtures also play a huge role in multi operation machining where the part needs to be machined in separate stages to reach different sides of the part to make a complex piece.

CNC Turning

CNC Unique employs a wide range of turning machines to complete most any CNC turning project all in house. Our CNC Turning is ideal for removing material from rounded stock. At CNC Unique, we have a wide variety of CNC turning centres with a wide variety of tooling options that allow us to create features such as rings, threads, grooves, slots, etc.  Due to the high quality of our CNC turning machines, the quality of our tooling, and our skilled machinists, we’re able to produce your parts with extremely high levels of dimensional accuracy, as well as fine surface finishes. One of our Mazak CNC Lathes has live tooling with multi axis capabilities.
