At CNC Unique, we are offering high-temperature fasteners that are specially designed to withstand high temperatures.
Regular metal fasteners have a tendency to melt when the temperature crosses certain degrees. At such high temperatures, the regular fasteners can undergo oxidation, which is basically a faster form of corrosion and rusting.
We are offering special high-temperature fasteners which have the capability to withstand the alternate phases of extreme heat and cool down efficiently without getting damaged.
Materials we offer
There is a wide range of materials that have been created over the years to perform within challenging high-temperature environments. We have listed below some of the materials, temperature range and properties.
Nickel Alloys
- Inconel 600, 625 and 718
- Temperature resistance ranges from 700 Celsius to 1100 Celsius
- Good oxidation, corrosion, and carburization resistance, maintain strength in corrosive environments
Stainless Steel 630
- Temperature resistance up to 590 Celsius
- Exceptional hardness, great strength, and strong ductility make this alloy ideal for use in high-temperature fasteners. Stainless steel 630 is made extra hard by cold working and aging at low temperatures.
Stainless Steel 309 and 310
- Temperature resistance up to 1232 Celsius
- High content of chromium and nickel which give additional corrosion resistance and Stainless Steel 310 alloy is known to offer additional corrosion resistance in extreme environments.
A-286 Alloy 660
- Temperature resistance up to 704 Celsius
- Alloy of iron, nickel, and chrome which gives higher strength and exceptional oxidation resistance.
Waspaloy
- Temperature resistance up to 871 Celsius
- Extreme temperature and oxidation resistance in combination with high strength
